Research synopsis:
Franjo works on several statistical genetics projects related to Tourette syndrome and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Franjo is interested in discovering novel structural variants such as copy-number variants and their association with psychiatric disorders. Additionally, Franjo utilizes genome-wide association studies to find genetic loci associated with psychiatric disorders, and to explore genetic relationships between psychiatric disorders and other neurocognitive symptoms.
